Your other post' if both posts are accurate, explains more closely WHY your PR application under the PTS scheme was approved. The PEP scheme was hard to get and the purpose of the PEP was to give the applicant the ability to move around if necessary without the shackles of needing an .....

I still poke my head in time to time, SMS. It is nice to keep up with trends in Singapore although I really do like being where I am. Retiring at 71.5 is not early :)

PNGMK, I brought everything I wanted back to the States. My 10 boxes of teacher related stuff remained, since I am happily .....

Re: PEP not issued and serving under notice

I applied for a PEP during my notice period (in 2016) and received it after ending my employment and having my EP canceled. They may have changed the rules in the meantime, but it worked fine then.
